Pengtour provides comprehensive OEM/ODM manufacturing services including product design, engineering, material sourcing, production, quality control, and logistics coordination.

Service Scope

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product type and customization requirements. Standard MOQs range from 500 to 2,000 pieces per design.

Order Confirmation

All orders require written confirmation including detailed specifications, quantities, delivery timelines, and pricing agreements.

Design Approval

Client approval is required at each design milestone before proceeding to the next production phase.

ISO 9001 Certification

All manufacturing processes adhere to ISO 9001 quality management standards with dedicated QC supervision on each production line.

Quality Testing

All products undergo comprehensive testing including structural integrity, functional performance, and durability assessments before shipment.

Payment Schedule

• •30% deposit upon order confirmation
• •40% payment upon production completion

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed commercial instruments.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

Production Timeline

Standard production timelines range from 15-45 days depending on order complexity and quantity, excluding sample development time.

Shipping Terms

Standard shipping terms are FOB (Free on Board) from our manufacturing facility. Alternative Incoterms available upon request.

Global Logistics

We coordinate worldwide shipping to Europe, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Southeast Asia, and other international destinations.

Client IP Protection

All client designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client and are protected under strict confidentiality agreements.

Design Ownership

Custom designs developed collaboratively become the property of the commissioning client upon full payment completion.

Non-Disclosure

Pengtour maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client projects, designs, and business information throughout and beyond the partnership duration.

Product Warranty

We warrant that all manufactured products will be free from material defects and conform to agreed specifications for a period of 12 months from delivery date.

Manufacturing Standards

All products are manufactured according to industry best practices and international quality standards as specified in the purchase agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, with total liability not exceeding the value of the specific order in question.

Termination Conditions

Either party may terminate ongoing agreements with 30 days written notice, subject to completion of orders already in production.

Order Completion

Orders in active production at the time of termination notice will be completed according to original specifications and payment terms.

Post-Termination

Confidentiality obligations and intellectual property protections remain in effect indefinitely following agreement termination.
